90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with the Atla Water System for any reason, return it to us within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund.

Only Atla Water Systems are refundable. For example, shower filters, disposable filters purchased separately, and parts purchased for custom installations are not refundable. Shipping charges paid, if any, are not refundable.

Report items damaged in transit within 7 days of delivery.

Return Instructions

Please reply to the Order Confirmation Email we sent you to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We will not refund items returned without an RMA.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, even when delivery is refused.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 90 CALENDAR DAYS OF THE DATE OF PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Items must be returned in original packaging. Refunds on items broken due to abuse or damaged during return shipping due to improper packing will incur damage fees.
