Order Processing

Orders are usually shipped the same or the next business day.

Free Shipping (USA & Canada)

Orders over $100 USD shipped to the USA and Canada qualify for free shipping. Atla reserves the right to choose the carrier and method for free shipments, regardless of the free method selected during checkout. Canadian customers, please also read the section on this page, "International Orders."

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options such as 'Overnight' specify only the shipping service and do not guarantee delivery the next day.

International Orders

We ship internationally. To get a shipping quote, add the products you want to the shopping cart and begin the checkout process. You will be able to enter your address and view the shipping charges. When ordering outside the United States, you are importing the product; Atla is not exporting. As such, your country may impose fees for customs, duties, and taxes, and the shipping agency in your country may charge a brokerage fee. These fees are your responsibility as the importer.

Our website is now collecting duties and taxes at checkout for many countries. In these cases, Atla will ship your order with pre-paid duties and taxes.

Terms of Sale

Due to various state laws governing the sale of online goods and/or water purification equipment, Atla requires all orders to be FOB Upland, CA (the customer owns the product upon purchase, not upon delivery). Items lost or damaged during shipment remain the responsibility of Atla.
